I don't own this building at 3005 Holts Chapel Road in Greensboro, North Carolina but I do work in a management position for the building's owner and will gladly score a few attaboys with the boss by setting up a discussion between potential roof renters, the building's tenant and the owner of the building.
This building has a South facing roof, would make a great location for solar power and is zoned heavy industrial.
