Today the groovy green guru tell us how he cashed in on your Federal tax dollars with the CARS (Car Allowance Rebate System) program known to most as the Cash For Clunkers scam.
Confuseus sez, "Confuseus trade in tour bus-- get hybrid diesel electric limo. Make lots of smoke. Confuseus' bus too slow and not corner all that good. Limo come equipped with newest generation, hot green groopies."
