This morning RecycleBill posted concerns about a certain mail-in recycling program. Later, RecycleBills.com Llc staff cartoonists, Phil Meup and Kerry Mehome collaborated on mail-in recyclers in RecycleToons 14. Now the smoked-up old green sage, Confuseus, weighs in on the same.
