Obama, Bring Back Smart Highways

There are lots of ideas floating around out there that people are hoping President Elect, Obama will do to improve the economy and the ecology of the US after he takes office. Because the rebuilding of bridges and highways are so important to our economy I'd like to suggest those jobs be LEEDS certified AND include the building of Smart Highways.

Smart Highways would make travel safer, less stressful and greener through the reduction of fuel they would bring.
