Veggisode 30

Tahiti

And now, a special news bulletin from VNN., the station with the latest info on the Vegetable Stalker.

Hello, this is Junior Apple reporting for VNN., Veggie Network News. My dad, Bruce is back in jail after being released from the plant nursery. Mom, now what? Why shouldn’t I tell ‘em Dad is in jail? That’s where he’s at. And it appears that the Vegetable Stalker has escaped from authorities and has hijacked a tanker ship somewhere near the island of Tahiti. This is what happened earlier today:

Veggie steered a tanker ship
filled with chocolate sauce
headed for an island paradise,
the gentle seas did toss.
He knew that with a single deed
he was sure to be a hit.
The reason for his voyage:
a world-record banana-split.

A million ripe bananas,
a whole boat load of cherries,
an’ nuts to feed a thousand men.
He even brought blue berries.
But as the crowds all gathered
was then he starts to scream,
“You cannot make banana-splits
if you don’t have ice-cream!”

Oh the agony! I can see Veggie’s confidence melting away even as we speak. What ever will he do with all that chocolate syrup? Oh well, no one from Guiness showed up to verify the record so it wouldn’t have mattered anyway. Can you imagine trying to make homemade ice-cream in the tropics? Who could possibly turn the crank on an ice-cream maker that's big enough to make enough ice-cream for a million ripe bananas? Would anyone like a peanut butter and banana sandwich? What, no peanut butter either? Damn! Find out what Veggie does with all those ripe juicy berries in the next... Naw, this is a family show, maybe we shouldn’t ought a talk about what Veggie does with juicy berries.

For the latest updates, stay tuned to this station or go to the VNN. website at VegetableStalker.com. No Mom, I didn’t say damn on the air. Oops!
